EduCom Co-operative Credit Union Limited, formerly known as UWI Co-operative Credit Union, has been serving members of the educational community and their families since 1954.  Edcom was birthed out of a merger between UWI Co-operative Credit Union and AAMM Co-operative Credit Union on April 1, 2015.  EduCom further sought to expand and grow and later acquired St. Catherine Co-operative Credit Union Limited on January 1, 2017, resulting in a combined asset base for EduCom of $8.1 billion and increasing its membership to 67,000. This has resulted in a network of nine (9) branches spread island wide which ranks EduCom in the number 5 position among large Credit Unions.
